Hull FC boosted their Super League play-off hopes as they thrashed struggling London Broncos at the KCOM Stadium.

Carlos Tuimavave, Bureta Faraimo, Joe Westerman, Jake Connor, Josh Griffin and Ratu Naulago scored to keep the Broncos scoreless in the first half.

Matt Fleming got the visitors off the mark after the break while Jordan Abdull registered their second try.

Sadiq Adebiyi two more for London but Hull held on for a comfortable win.

The victory means Hull remain third in the Super League table as they reduce the gap with second-placed Warrington to four points.

London remain bottom of the table and level on points with Hull KR but having played a game more.

In a dominant first-half display, Hull FC ran in six tries to stun the Super League strugglers, who could not summon a response before the hooter.

The pick of the tries was Naulago’s stunning effort as he ran in unopposed from 90 metres after intercepting possession from a Broncos drive to the line.
